Ierapetra - Greece
The Aquaform collections used in this project
Overlooking the coastline of Ierapetra, the structure is defined by rationalist volumes that highlight the materiality of local stone.
The design embraces a rigorous minimalism, calibrated on the dynamic interaction between natural light and limestone surfaces, eliminating any superfluous decoration to place the coastal landscape at the center.
The indoor hydrothermal area conceives water as an element of spatial and geometric partition. The sequence abandons traditional flows in favor of sequential microclimates. Atomized rain, water blades and vapor reactions are integrated into monolithic rock blocks, creating a sensory experience that is purely physical and volumetric.
Spatium Rain Walk moves beyond the classic experience shower concept, configuring itself as a linear-development hydrothermal progression.
The system relies on the programmed alternation of microclimates and physical stimuli: water jets at calibrated pressures constantly vary in intensity and delivery patterns, acting on the skin through precise thermal and kinetic gradients.
Synchrony of elements
The architecture of the flow is governed by a technological direction coordinating four sensory vectors:
