The Aquaform collections used in this project
Nestled in the natural landscape of the Veluwe region, the Wellness Resort & Hotel De Valkenberg stems from the restoration of a historic Dutch estate. The architecture preserves the original traditional volumes and sloped roofs, while the interiors reinterpret the elegant, classic style of historic European residences. Far from a minimalist hotel, the estate boasts a strong identity where nature and the silence of the surrounding woods become an integral part of the regenerative experience, extending to the outdoor saunas immersed in the greenery.
At the core of the spa area, which centers on water and heat circuits, Aquaform introduces Aquamotus, the evolution of the traditional Vichy shower. The system digitalizes hydrotherapy through automated programs that combine targeted water jets, temperatures, and rhythmic sequences. By synchronizing with the manual touch of the therapist on the treatment table, Aquamotus induces deep muscle relaxation and neurovegetative rebalancing, optimizing the venue's operational efficiency with relaxing, draining, and energizing rituals of high sensory impact.
