Planta offers three distinct treatment options: hot, cold, and an energetic program that alternates between hot and cold. When combined with the Freezing Massage scenario, it produces an effective Kneipp effect, with the timing controlled by the user. This contrasts with the Sport program, where the sequences are preset.
