Record-Breaking Architecture
Designed by Killa Design, the building features two twin towers connected at the base and the top, forming an imposing rectangular frame. The central void is not just an aesthetic choice: it reduces wind pressure while creating a striking visual tension that culminates in the infinity pool situated around 294 meters above ground.
The interior design, curated by Meyer Davis, offers a soft counterpoint to the monumentality of the exterior. The spaces celebrate “organic luxury” through neutral tones, natural materials such as wood and stone, and soft lighting that evokes the meeting of desert and sea.
The Spa
The Spa at Address, located on the 75th floor, is the highest spa in Dubai and a global benchmark for wellness architecture.
The project, born from the collaboration between The Wellness and Barr + Wray, combines advanced engineering with refined design, tackling the challenge of managing water and steam at nearly 300 meters above ground with precision.
The interiors, crafted with natural materials and high-end finishes, frame the view of the Arabian Gulf without ever overshadowing it. The layout ensures privacy and smooth flow between areas, including treatment rooms, panoramic sauna, steam bath, hammam suite, ice fountain, and a vitality pool overlooking Palm Jumeirah. A technological sanctuary suspended among the clouds, where comfort, panorama, and innovation converge into a unique wellness experience.
Nadir Horizontal Shower
The true technological highlight of the spa is Aquaform’s Nadir horizontal shower, which redefines hydrotherapy by shifting the experience from vertical to horizontal. Nadir provides a full-body water massage while the guest lies on a heated bed.
